Dean Martin

From a young age, Dean Martin had a passion for drawing. He explored different mediums throughout the years, including oils, watercolour, airbrushing, and acrylics. Despite having no formal artistic education, he honed his skills through trial and error. As a result, he has never felt fully confident in sharing or promoting his work in a professional setting.

As time passed, painting became Dean Martin's go-to activity for relaxation after a hard day's work. After experimenting with different art styles, he eventually found his passion in life-portraits. Gradually, he honed his skills and added more intricacies to his paintings. In 2018, Dean proudly presented a collection of London gangster paintings that received positive feedback from the friends and family of the subjects featured. During this time, Dean had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Richardson's wife, Ronnie Richardson, who shared an interest in his work. They struck up a friendship and Mrs. Richardson graciously offered to host Dean's debut exhibition in London. The event was attended by many old-school faces, making it an unforgettable experience for all involved.

Dean has had the opportunity to meet and befriend some of Britain's most infamous men through his art. This exhibition marked the beginning of an eventful year for Dean, filled with private commissions and requests to create book cover illustrations. He will forever thank Mrs. Richardson for kickstarting his success.
