If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation.

All prints are normally despatched within 48 hours and can be expected within 7-10 days. All prints are either delivered in a tube or flat packed. You are responsible for paying any duties or import charges applicable.

Keep the packaging material. Collect Art will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you.

Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted.
